Title Page

The Title Page includes information about the project. 

The :doc:`/report-and-technical-work/report-templates` files include the following information: 

* Project Title
* Module number and Module Title
* Author's name and Aberystwyth Email
* Supervisor's name and Aberystwyth Email
* Date of the report
* Version number of the report
* The Author's Degree Scheme Code, Award Type and Title, e.g. G400 BSc Computer Science

Version History
---------------

The :index:`Version Number` is used to identify the version of the report. Use that to keep track of which version of the document you are looking at. If you ask your supervisor to look at an extract, keep track of which version you have shared with them. 

In a working environment, particularly where documents go through different versions, you may see a section about the Document or Version History of the item. An example is available for this manual, in :doc:`/document-history`. You are not required to include such a section in your report. If you did include such a section, it would be at the end of your report, before the references.
