Project Outline
The Project Outline document will be released on Blackboard on Mon, 29th Jan 2024. You will submit the document to TurnItIn on Mon, 12th Feb 2024. This document is not assessed, but it is required from all students. Note that submission is at 10am, which is different from the normal time we use for submissions.
Feedback will be provided by your supervisor by Mon, 19th Feb 2024.
Mid-Project Demonstration
Release date: Wed, 13th Mar 2024
Submission date: Fri, 15th Mar 2024
Type of submission: Demonstration
You will be allocated a demonstration time for one of the days listed above. The timetable will be arranged in weeks 4 and 5.
Feedback date: Fri, 22nd Mar 2024
Project Report and Technical Work
Release date: Mon, 29th Jan 2024
Submission date: Fri, 3rd May 2024
Type of submission: Blackboard Assignment and TurnItIn Document
Feedback date: Thu, 27th Jun 2024
Feedback is released when the semester 2 results are released for finalists, which is the final Thursday in June.
Final Demonstration
Release date: Mon, 13th May 2024
Submission date: Fri, 31st May 2024
Type of submission: Demonstration
You will be allocated a date for the demonstration, which will be between the stated dates. We aim to finish the majority of the demonstrations in the first two weeks of this period, and only use the final week if necessary. We will arrange the timetable once the Semester 2 exam timetable has been published.

About Feedback Dates
The provisional feedback date is normally 15 working days after the date of hand-in for the assessment.
If there is expected to be a delay on the feedback, you will be notified by email and the date on this page
should be updated. The date for feedback might also be more than 15 working days if the University is
closed during that time, e.g. during part of the vacation or if the marker has some planned annual leave. The length of time might also be longer if the
marking period includes necessary maintenance of Blackboard/TurnItIn (planned or unplanned) during the
marking period.
