Activity Day - Part a - Saturday 18 October
You will participate in the First Year Activity Day on Sat, 18th Oct 2025.
Verbal feedback will be provided during weekend in the activities.
Activity Day - Part b - Group presentation
This is part of the Activity Day assessment. The group makes a presentation to reflect on the activity weekend. The presentation will happen during tutorials after work week, starting 17th November 2025. This assessment step is about submitting the slides that will be used for the presentation.

Feedback to be provided directly after the presentation in the tutorial. That might be later than the normal 3 week time for feedback but we want all students to submit on the same date for reasons of fairness and cannot provide feedback before the presentations.
Blackboard quiz
This covers job applications, including CV writing and covering letters, as well as data representation and the use of computer-based tools. Students have up to 60 minutes to complete the quiz after starting it.
