Term	Definition
Allocation	A process performed by the Module Coordinator to determine which students will work on which project topics.
Bid	An indication of a project topic that a student would like to work on. A student can bid for up to three project suggestions.

CS39620	Minor Project.
MMP	Major and Minor Project. This term is used as a convenient way to talk about all of the Major/Minor Project modules.
Shortlist	A list of project topics that a student is interested in. This makes it easier to keep track of those topics, but it is not the same as making a bid to work on that topic. The bid stage is later on in the semester.
