The following dates represent the planned dates for the project allocation process for 2023-2024.

Nov 8th, Wednesday

By this date, a list of staff project suggestions will be released to the website. A web form will also be available to submit project suggestions.

Dec 8th, Friday

Final chance for submission of your own suggestions for discussion. Please do this by 3pm. This is to allow us time to look at any suggestions.

Final chance to submit ideas for the project suggestions that have a form.

Dec 13th, Wednesday

Website updated to allow you to enter your three preferred bids.

Dec 20th, Wednesday

Please submit your Bid for projects by 5pm on this date.

Jan 10th, Wednesday

The date for the list of Phase 1 allocations is to be confirmed. This will be later in the day.

Jan 10th, Wednesday

After the allocations from Phase 1 are announced, we will start discussions with anyone in Phase 2 of the project allocations. That will continue until everyone has a project. Allocations are to be completed before the start of Semester 2 (26th January)
